Prices displayed on DomainMidas.com may be modified at any time. A transaction is not considered complete until payment has cleared and ownership has been formally transferred.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, and intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Domain Midas unless otherwise stated.

Domain Midas offers a fourteen (14) day refund period for eligible purchases.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.

A refund may only be granted if:

The domain has not been transferred.
The ownership transfer process has not begun.
No registrar transfer has been initiated.
The purchaser has not gained control of the domain.

Once ownership transfer has started or completed, all sales become final and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method.

Domain Midas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or any transaction involving domain names.
